payment &
shipping info
I accept payment through PayPal (for which you do not need a PayPal Account). If you would like to do a direct bank transfer, send me an email and I will supply you with the necessary bank details.
I will ship world wide. Please send me an email with your full shipping address and the title of the piece(s) you're interested in and I will quote you a shipping price.
The utmost care is taken when packing and shipping sold artwork. Your artwork will be packaged securely and sent by courier service that requires a signature at the delivery address.

Keep in mind that all computer monitors display colour differently, so your painting may differ slightly in colour from the image you see on screen. Every effort is made to ensure that images and sizes displayed on this website are as accurate as possible. All product information and technical specifications contained on this website are for guidance only, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. If you have any questions about a painting or other product, please enquire by email or complete the contact form.
RETURNS & refunds
If you would like a refund, please contact me by email at hello@jkart.co with all the details. Please contact me asap or within 14 days of receipt of item. The item must be resent back to my full address and for my attention. Please note: No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in undamaged condition following
- Goods must be returned ‘as sold’ sealed in the original packaging
- Goods must be unused and in 'AS NEW' condition. If you have opened a package to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way.
I recommend returning items by a signature required courier service, as refunds cannot be made where items are lost in the post.
